What we look for
Actually good at something
Server admin, FiveM/Lua scripting, 3D modeling, Discord bots, moderation, community management, or infrastructure. No résumé requirement — show us what you've built or run.
What it's not
Not a corporate job
No fifty-person org chart, no HR department. Three people run three companies. If you join, you'll actually be talking to the people running things.
