Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy covers Unreal Corp — Unreal Network, Unreal Radio, Rustix Development, and Unreal Studios — and how we handle data across the servers, radio services, the site, and the storefront.

What we collect

Depending on which part of Unreal Corp you're using, this can include: your Discord username and ID (when you join our Discord or link accounts on a server), in-game usernames and IP addresses (standard for any game server, used for moderation and anti-cheat), your Steam ID and CFX (FiveM) ID (used to identify your account on the FiveM and Rust servers, enforce bans, and connect permissions), and purchase information handled by Tebex when you buy through Unreal Studios — we don't see or store your payment details directly, Tebex does.

Why we collect it

To run the servers (connecting accounts, enforcing rules, preventing abuse), to support you when something breaks, and to deliver what you paid for through Unreal Studios. We don't sell data, and we don't share it with anyone outside of the tools we use to run things (Discord, Tebex, our hosting panel).

Unreal Radio and Discord bot data

When you use Unreal Radio, our web player, or the Unreal Radio Discord bot, we may process limited technical and service data needed to operate the station. This can include Discord server, channel, user, or interaction identifiers when you interact with the bot; voice-channel connection information needed for the bot to join or remain connected; station and playback metadata such as the current track, artist, artwork, live-DJ status, and timestamps; and standard web or server logs such as IP address, browser or client information, request time, and requested service endpoint.

The Unreal Radio bot does not need to record or store the audio from your Discord voice channel in order to broadcast the station. Its voice connection is used to transmit the Unreal Radio stream. We do not use the bot to listen to, transcribe, or create recordings of ordinary voice-channel conversations.

Radio-related data is used to provide playback, keep the bot connected, display now-playing information, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. We may also use aggregate technical information to understand station usage and performance.

Third parties

Discord, Tebex, our hosting/infrastructure providers, and any third-party services used to deliver Unreal Radio each have their own privacy policies covering the data that passes through them. We're not responsible for how those platforms handle your data beyond what we send them.

Data retention

Server logs and moderation records are kept as long as reasonably needed to run and moderate the servers. If you want something specific deleted, email us and we'll handle it manually — there's no self-serve deletion tool yet.

Children's privacy

Our servers follow the age requirements of the platforms they run on (Discord, the games themselves). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone below those platforms' minimum ages.
